In March, the group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Fuji Trading in Singapore, since the signing both parties have been making progress towards in-depth cooperation and development. The four trainees selected by the Group set off on April 5, and on May 30 successfully completed the seven-week ship supply training program at Fuji Trading in Singapore, upon their return they held a presentation to share their experiences at UA headquarters in Nansha. Trainees, Li Fan, Liu Yi, Francis Zhao and Mo Zonghui shared their experiences and the knowledge gained during their training to those present, as a sign of the importance placed on this trainee program, Group President Raymond Chen was present along with UG consultant Yong Jingpeng and Singapore representative Hawk Huang.

At 13:30 PM on September 8th, the Yang triangle seminar took place in Shenzhen. This seminar was led by UG president Raymond Chen and was co-hosted by Yang Triangle Shenzhen Branch and Bo Business School. The theme for the seminar was corporate strategy and operational experience. Also present at the meeting were Mr. Bo Lianming, executive Director/President of TCL Group and TCL Multimedia CEO, and Mr. Gao Jifan, Chairman and CEO of Tianhe Solar Energy. The seminar was attended by nearly 20 middle and senior managers in Shenzhen.

Along with the rapid development of the group’s business, we are seeing increasing numbers of new employees every year. In order to improve the onboarding of new recruits, helping them understand our company background, integrate smoothly, improve and develop their work place skills, UG held the first orientation training program in Shanghai and South China on June 24th 2017, with a total of 60 new recruits from regions across China taking part.

On May 20th, a photography workshop was held to improve the photography skills of employees and to help improve the standard of company publicity images. The workshop was held in the Fubang Hotel conference room. The company trade union organized the workshop and invited experienced photographer Zeng Zhaozhu to share his experiences and practical photography tips to over 40 participants.

On June 11, 2017, Unitrans Agency in Shenzhen headquarters hosted its first intern seminar. Interns from across the company to join and discuss their experiences, the seminar was hosted by HR General Manager Derek Cai.

On June 3rd UA held “Service Excellence” seminar in the Hyatt Regency hotel. More than 60 employees from across various departments and branches attended the seminar.
